Head of Distribution & Strategic Partnerships

We're looking for a Head of Distribution & Strategic Partnerships to help scale CypherGoat's transaction volume through integrations, partnerships, and strategic distribution. This is not a traditional marketing role. Your responsibility will be to get CypherGoat embedded into the products where crypto users already transact: wallets, applications, exchanges, payment products, trading platforms, and other crypto infrastructure. You will own the entire partnership process from identifying opportunities and reaching decision-makers through commercial negotiation, integration, launch, and ultimately transaction volume.

What you'll do

• Build and manage CypherGoat's strategic partnership pipeline
• Secure integrations with cryptocurrency wallets, applications, platforms, and infrastructure providers
• Develop API, affiliate, white-label, and revenue-share partnerships
• Identify new distribution channels capable of generating meaningful swap volume
• Reach founders, partnership teams, product teams, and other relevant decision-makers
• Negotiate commercial terms and partnership structures
• Work directly with the founder and technical team to move integrations from discussion to production
• Maintain relationships with existing partners and expand their transaction volume
• Track partnership performance and optimize integrations after launch
• Represent CypherGoat at relevant industry events and within the broader crypto ecosystem

What we're looking for

We're particularly interested in candidates who have previously worked in crypto wallets, cryptocurrency exchanges, instant exchange or swap platforms, exchange aggregators, crypto payment infrastructure, liquidity or trading infrastructure, or Web3 partnerships or business development.

• A proven history of closing meaningful crypto partnerships
• A strong network within the cryptocurrency industry
• Existing relationships with wallets, exchanges, infrastructure providers, or crypto applications
• A good understanding of cryptocurrency APIs and product integrations
• Strong commercial negotiation skills
• The ability to independently identify and close opportunities
• An understanding of how partnerships translate into transaction volume
• Excellent written and spoken English

Technical knowledge is a strong advantage, but you do not need to be an engineer.

How success will be measured

New monthly swap volume generated through partnerships you originate and manage is the primary KPI. We also track qualified partnership opportunities, integrations signed and launched, monthly transaction volume from those integrations, and revenue generated from new distribution channels.

What we're not looking for

This is not primarily a social media, community management, PR, influencer marketing, or generic sales role. We want someone who can create real distribution.
